EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Welcome to Suidori.com! We take pride in delivering high-quality products crafted with care. This policy outlines our process for returns and exchanges, applicable only to products received with damage. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for other reasons, such as dissatisfaction after purchase or delivery.

To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@suidori.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing a proper opening video (from start to finish) clearly showing the damage.

  • Eligibility:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
    • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Process:
    • Submit the opening video and damage details. If approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup within 7 business days (where available).
    • For pickup, ensure the product is securely packaged. If pickup is unavailable, self-ship with your order number and return/exchange ID. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
    • Our team will perform a quality check upon receipt to verify the damage.
  • Exchange Details:
    • A ₹199 fee applies, covering reverse pickup and new dispatch.
    • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested product.
    • Payment details for the fee will be shared after verification.
  • International Customers: Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.

REFUND POLICY

  • If approved after reviewing the opening video and quality check, the refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued as a coupon code to your Suidori.com account for future purchases.
  • At our discretion, refunds may alternatively be processed via Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or bank transfer within 7-8 business days. You’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have been processed.
